USING THE WEBSITE

A clear understanding.

Terms for reading, learning and working together on this website.

Last updated February 12, 2025

The website and its services

Ismaeel Habeeb operates the publication, learning studio and private client spaces. These terms describe their use. Any separate written agreement for a client project or course enrolment also applies to that service.

Reading and sharing

You are welcome to share links to public articles and course pages. Original teaching materials and writing are provided for reading and the uses stated with them. Please credit the author when quoting permitted excerpts. Obtain permission before republishing substantial material, reselling resources or distributing protected course books.

Third-party articles, videos, brands and source materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.

Accounts and invitations

Use your own authorised account. Keep your password, recovery codes and private invitation links confidential. Invitations can expire and may be single use. One learning account can hold several assigned courses, with access managed separately for each course.

Course access can be paused or revoked by the administrator. Saved progress may remain available if access is restored. Do not share an account or use another person’s invitation without permission.

Learning and downloads

Assigned courses include the lessons and tools made available in your account. You can choose your learning route, subject to each course’s lesson and checkpoint progression. Suggested study times and course order are guidance.

Completion follows the course’s stated checkpoint and reflection requirements. Optional tutor review does not prevent an otherwise eligible completion record. Keep downloaded resources for your own study and authorised use. Downloaded copies cannot be remotely withdrawn.

Your writing and project material

You retain your rights in material you submit. By uploading or saving it, you allow the website to store and display it to the authorised participants and teaching or project administrator for the service you request. Submit only material you are entitled to share.

Submitting an enquiry or commenting on a proposal does not by itself confirm a project booking or transfer rights. Project scope, fees, delivery and ownership arrangements should be agreed separately in writing.

Use the space responsibly

  • Do not attempt to access another person’s account or private material.
  • Do not upload malicious files, unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Do not use comments or messages for harassment, spam or impersonation.
  • Respect the privacy of clients, students and other participants.

Content or access may be restricted to protect participants and the service.

Sources and external services

Articles and course materials provide information and learning guidance. Consider the context, source date and suitability for your situation. External websites and video players operate under their own terms. Their availability, links and content may change.

Updates and availability

The website and teaching materials may be maintained, revised or temporarily unavailable. We aim to preserve useful work and progress, but you should keep your own copies of important documents. Any statutory rights that apply to you are unaffected by these terms.
