BEEST PATROL MEDIA is pleased to submit this proposal of services to support Genesis Deluxe Cinema in achieving its publicity goals for improving sales by creating informative online skits and videos to increase visibility and sales. We have partnered with varying businesses across the country and have so far received no negative feedback on our services.

OUR PROPOSAL

Genesis Deluxe Cinema has a well-deserved reputation for quality customer service. However, faced with changes in the country such as the COVID-19 pandemic, its impacts on transportation and logistics, and the misgivings of the general public towards places with high probabilities of contact, Genesis Cinema faces the possibility of a reduction in sales. This is due to customers’’ uninformed assumptions and distrust in the company’s ability to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

We have developed solutions to help businesses stay ahead of customer satisfaction trends during this pandemic and propose that Genesis Cinema implement an approach focused on using online skits and videos to inform the general public of their services and the preventive healthcare measure they have put in place to safeguard their customers in these times.

Rationale

We proposed the use of online videos due to their widespread popularity that cuts across age grades and gender, and also due to their ability to reach an extensive number of clients.

Execution Strategy

BEEST PATROL MEDIA plans to incorporate the quality equipment and talented actors at our disposal to execute these skits and produce visual content that are of the best quality and extremely engaging.

Technical/Project Approach

All videos will be shot by the BEEST PATROL MEDIA crew, within the Genesis cinema premises or around.

Timeline for Execution

This free service will last for a duration of six months i.e. from July 2020 till December 2020. At the end of which new terms will be drawn up by both parties.

 The following materials are to be supplied by Genesis Cinema for the course of this project. For BEEST PATROL MEDIA to meet project milestones and increase sales, these materials must be supplied on schedule.
